Position: Project Director – Business Development Division
Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK
Salary: £40-£60,000 (dependent on experience)

HSTPE has 50 full-time members of staff at our head office in Hemel Hempstead, UK, from where we manage and implement up to 150 projects and programmes across Asia & the Pacific, Africa, Latin America & the Caribbean, Eastern Europe and the UK.
We are currently seeking to fill the post of Project Director – Business Development Division to assist the Director in managing the Division to achieve project targets, increase turnover, and market HTSPE.
In addition to a post-graduate degree in a relevant subject and experience of direct marketing/ working on programmes funded by a variety of donors (including the EC and DFID), the successful candidate will have extensive experience of overseas consultancy and preparing financial offers/ programme budgets. Knowledge and experience of using MS-Office packages is essential as are excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral. You will need to travel extensively, and must be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work within the EEA.
