The Energy Commission of Nigeria and Clouston Energy Research, LLC Collaborates in a RFI in Study

The 100 Year Starship Study

The Science,Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) promotion seems lofty as goals to basic development.  However, this is how it is possible to develop more food and fuel crops and create the greatest good for the greatest number of people. The need for technical services to be extended for the success of the people in poverty includes Innovation and the

Incubation centers and those to be linking together.  Innovation and Incubation Technical Centers such as the Regional

Sustainable Energy Center of Excellence (RSECE) includes the framework of the Type Two Partnereship of the governments, non profits and for profit businesses.

I likened this to be an action similar to a Whirling Derivsh who spins in his prayer with one hand extended down to

the people of the Earth in need and the other reaching to the Stars and Heaven for the blessings of the Grace of God

that the servant will be enabled to deliver.
